搭配PPT之講稿版

Good morning everyone.

For the following two and half hours, it is our work shop time.

We would like to invite everyone to discuss some action plans that we can carry out to improve and develop our 4-H.

First, there’s 90 mins to discuss about the action plan, and consider how to realize it and make a power point or poster that is required to show to everyone. After the discussion, each group has 7 minutes to share everyone with their extraordinary ideas. Moreover, we can learn the viewpoint or good idea from others.

There are some rules that we need to follow. (PPT)

We will remind you the time with 3 mins and times by card, please pay attention to the people there. Please summarize your speech when you see the card. The bell is ringing when it is I mins over. In addition to the time limit, your group can choose to use PPT or poster to explain your plan and idea. If you are going to deliver the sharring with PPT, please put your file and copy to this computer during coffee break.
